Although more than half of its roster was competing in the meet for the first time, the North Central College men's cross country team continued to behave like a squad in the midst of its fifth decade of conference dominance on Saturday, as the Cardinals placed six runners in the top 10 and all 10 athletes in the top 17 in winning the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Championship for the 42nd consecutive year at the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
