For the second week in a row, Augustana swept the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women s Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week awards as Kierra Smith and Kayla Bushey were honored on Tuesday.

The United States Cross Country and Track & Field Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its 2014 preseason outdoor rankings on Wednesday that included three College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) men s teams and two women s teams.

Augustana s Jessica Bacon and Liana Beauchamp were named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women s Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week on Tuesday.

Augustana senior Kierra Smith (Creston HS, Creston, Iowa) is one of 16 finalist from colleges and universities across the nation for the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award as sponsored by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education.
